These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Use of any ApiVoc product, application, or API is governed by separate written agreements between ApiVoc and the customer.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

“ApiVoc,” “Payor Systems,” “AmbiScript,” “RTPB,” “NoventaRx,” and “ACO” are trademarks of ApiVoc LLC.

Subject to these Terms, ApiVoc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for personal or internal business purposes.

7. User Submissions

If you submit information through the Site, you grant ApiVoc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information for business purposes.

You represent that:

  • You have rights to submit the information
  • The information does not violate third-party rights

Information submitted through the Site will generally be treated as non-confidential, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ApiVoc and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

  • Unauthorized use of Site content

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. Termination

ApiVoc may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases.

15. Changes to These Terms

ApiVoc may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement
  • Invalid provisions do not affect remaining provisions
  • Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver
  • Terms may not be assigned without consent
  • No third-party beneficiary rights are created
